    About reservation and use

  • What time is the check-in and check-out?
    Check-in time: 3 p.m. ~ 6 p.m. Check-out time: ~10 a.m.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    The cancellation policy is as shown below.

    2 days prior ~ the day of a stay: 100 %
    7 days prior ~ 3 days prior: 50 %
  • Is it ok to stay at your facility with my dog?
    We have a room called "Doggie's Starlight" where you can stay with your dog.
    Up to 2 small and medium-sized dogs, and consultation required for large dogs.
    We also have a shared dog run and a grooming salon, so please come and visit us with your dog.
    *Dogs cannot stay in rooms other than Doggie's Starlight.

  • What is the capacity of the room?
    The capacity is as shown below.

    Twilight: Max 8 persons (including children)
    Moonlight:Max 4 people(including children)
    Starlight: 1～3 people
    【Dogs allowed】Doggie's Starlight: 2 people
  • How many beds are there?
    The number of beds is as shown below.

    Twilight: Double size bunk beds in each building
    Moonlight:1 double beds (bunk bed)
    Starlight: 2 single beds

    • About equipment

  • What amenities do you have?
    【Amenities in a guest room】
    Face towel, bath towel, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap.
    【Amenities at a terrace】
    Toothbrush, cotton, cotton swab set, razor, hairbrush, cleansing oil, facial cleansing foam, lotion, cream.
  • Is it possible to do a BBQ and have a meal even if it’s rainy?
    Yes, it’s possible to do so in all weathers.
  • Do you have an air conditioner?
    Yes, we do.
  • Do you have Wi-Fi?
    Yes. Free Wi-Fi is installed.
  • Is there a toilet and bathroom?
    Yes. Each building is equipped with toilets and bathrooms.
    About sauna
    Currently, only Twilight guests can use a private space for free.
    We also have a rental tent sauna in a common space, so anyone can enjoy sauna!
    *Please put on a swimwear and sauna poncho.
    *We don’t have a cold bath, so please use a shower in a guest room.

    We are planning to release a public sauna that more people can enjoy in the near future.
  • About sauna
    Currently, private space is available only to those who have booked Twilight (free of charge).
    We also have a rental outdoor tent sauna in the common area, so everyone can enjoy it.
    *For those using the service, please wear a sauna poncho or swimsuit.
    *There is no cold bath available, so please use the shower in your room.

    In the future, we are planning to open a public sauna so that more customers can enjoy it.

  • Is there a convenience store or supermarket?
    Yes. There is 7-Eleven Minami-alps Ogasahara Store which is 8 mins away by car.
  • Is it possible to bring ingredients and beverages?
    Yes. You can freely bring ingredients and beverages here.
    We also have a concession stand at the administration building, so please make the most of it.
